About The Role

Tax compliance is notoriously user-hostile. Your job is to change that. As the Product Lead for Compliance Intelligence, you will own the roadmap for our AI-assisted filing features. You will work directly with our engineering and legal teams to translate dense IRS publications into seamless, automated workflows that protect our customers from penalties.

What You'll Do

  • Define the product vision for our "Smart Filing" review system.
  • Conduct deep user research with enterprise TPAs and payroll bureaus to understand workflow bottlenecks.
  • Prioritize feature development based on regulatory deadlines and business impact.
  • Drive adoption of new features through clear communication and data-driven iteration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (Compliance, LegalTech, HealthTech).
  • Technical aptitude to discuss API integrations and AI capabilities with engineers.
  • Intense obsession with simplifying complex workflows.
